Silver Tetradrachm,  16.95 g., 29 mm.  This is a posthumous issue of Byzantium, ca. 260-245  BC.
Obv. Head of deified Alexander the Great right, with the horn of Amon.
Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΛΥΣIMAXOΥ, Athena enthroned left, holding a Nike crowning Lysimachos’ name, ΠΑΡ monogram above Δ monogram in left field, spiral on throne.

NGC graded VF, Strike 4/5, Surface 4/5.  Marinescu catalogued 9 specimens in 1996 and there have been some 2 others specimens, including this one, that have appeared on the market since then.
