NGC graded MINT STATE STAR, Strike 5/5, Surface 5/5, a superb coin, beautifully centered and struck, with a majestic head of Athena. Of about 2100 Owls graded by NGC in the MINT/CH MINT ranges, only 149 have received the coveted star designation.
