NGC graded CHOICE AU STAR, Strike 3/5, Surface 5/5, FINE STYLE, “overstruck”, a twice published and very interesting specimen, overstruck on a Corinthian type stater where the undertype is identifiable (the E and torch visible on the warrior’s horse on the obverse belong to the Corinthian undertype).
