Silver “NEW STYLE” Tetradrachm, 16.54 g, 30 mm, ca. 92/1 BC, under magistrates ZENOKLES and ARMOXENOS, with control symbol dolphin and trident.
Obv. Helmeted head of Athena right, within dotted border.
Rev. A-ӨE, owl standing right, head facing, magistrates’ names in fields, dolphin right in front of trident in right field, Γ on amphora, ΠP in exergue, all within wreath.
Cf. Thompson 1074, where the control monogram on the amphora is not clear, but may be a Γ as on this specimen.
NGC graded XF, Strike 5/5, Surface 3/5.
