Silver tetradrachm, 13.63 g, 26 mm. Issue of a Uncertain Mint 19 on Cyprus, ca. 275 BC or after.
Obv. Diademed bust of Ptolemy I right, with aegis around neck.
Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ, eagle standing left on thunderbolt, ΠT above ΔP monogram in left field, Galatian shield in upper right field.
CPE 466; Svoronos 531; SNG Copenhagen 522.
NGC graded CHOICE XF, Strike 4/5, Surface 2/5, “grafitto”, reverse die with control monogram recut, possibly over variety CPE 465 (traces of EP control remain visible).
