NGC graded CHOCE VF, Strike 5/5, Surface 3/5, “brushed,” “light marks,” lustrous and attractive. A rare emission, with only two other specimens in market records and three in public institutions including two in the American Numismatic Society, NY (inv. 1944.100.32141; 1944.100.32142) and one in the National Numismatic Collection, De Nederlandsche Bank, Amsterdam.
