NGC graded CHOCE XF, Strike 5/5, Surface 4/5, “brushed.” Cleopatra Selene, the daughter of Cleopatra VII and Marc Antony, was married to king Juba of Numidia and ruled with him for many years. It should be noted that this is a BILINGUAL COIN – the obverse legend, Juba’ name and title is in Latin, whereas Cleopatra’s name and title of queen (BACIΛICCA) appear in Greek on the reverse.
