Ex Stack’s August 2018 ANA Auction, 8/14/2018, lot 44063, professionally cleaned since to remove encrustation.
PCGS VF 35, sole specimen graded and thus illustrated in the PCGS pop report.

Apparently a unique and otherwise undocumented overdate where the second 1 digit in 1817 is reengraved over a 7. This was seemingly done to correct an engraver’s error where the year was originally engraved as 1877 instead of 1817.
