Gold Salut d’Or, 3.47 g, 27 mm. Issue of Saint–Lo mint, undated (ca. 1422–1453).
Obv: The Annunciation: Virgin Mary standing behind the arms of France facing the Archangel Gabriel standing behind the arms of France and England, presenting to her a scroll bearing AVЄ, the light of God shining down from above. Rev. Long Latin cross above an “h,” lys and leopard on either side, all within a polylobed with inward–facing lys.
