NGC graded CHOICE AU, Strike 4/5, Surface 3/5, “brushed.”
Although not noted as such by Sear, the CONOBZ variety seems exceptionally rare, with only nine other specimens noted on CoinArchives. This piece is double struck with the head of Constantinopolis appearing twice on the reverse.
