Silver Plated Denarius, 18 mm. Seemingly official forgery of the Rome mint, ca. AD 81.
Obv. IMP TITVS CAES VESPASIAN [AVG P M], laureate head of Titus right. Rev. TR P IX IMP [XV COS V]III P P, winged thunderbolt over draped throne.

NGC graded XF, “core visible,” “ancient forgery,” the style and accuracy of the dies suggest this forgery was produced at the Rome mint.
