Obv. Laureate head of Melkart right. Rev. ΤΥΡΟΥ ΙΕΡΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΑΣΥΛΟΥ, eagle standing left on prow, PMS (date) above club in left field, KP above ΠΛΩ monogram in right field, Phoenician letter A between legs.
DCA Tyre Supplement Release 2, 525 corr. (Cohen mistakenly indicated the letter below eagle as bet instead of alef as on the present coin); his no. 526 is the variety with bet.
